Have a Support at Home or Home Care Package?

Physiotherapy through Support at Home and Home Care Packages

If you receive aged care funding, People First Therapy can work with your Support at Home provider or Home Care Package provider to deliver physiotherapy in your home.

We will collaborate with your care team, family, and case managers to understand your goals and provide a personalised physiotherapy program focused on improving mobility, managing pain, maintaining independence and supporting your daily activities.

Your provider can help coordinate physiotherapy services as part of your available funding. If you are unsure whether physiotherapy can be included in your package, we can help guide you through the process.
